The Ashcroft Acid Leak Detection Assembly is a dual-containment assembly with visible notification of a process medium leak for pressure ranges up to 10,000 psi. 

The Acid Leak Detection (ALD) Assembly has a specific yellow coating that becomes red when exposed to acids with a pH of 3 or less, indicating a leak of the process medium. The dual-containment assembly for pressures up to 10,000 psi offers visible evidence of a process media leak. 

The Ashcroft® Acid Leak Detection (ALD) Assembly, which includes 316L stainless steel, Monel® 400, or Hastelloy® C-276 wetted parts, is used to detect a leak in process media. Its acid sensor component has a unique yellow covering that becomes red when it comes into touch with acids with a pH of 3 or less.
